OptiQuant® BKV Quantification Panel
The OptiQuant® BKV Quantification Panel is intended to assess the performance of quantitative and qualitative molecular diagnostic test procedures for the determination of human BK virus DNA. The panel was developed for use on multiple extraction and amplification systems and features a large dynamic range, mimics a true patient plasma sample, and ensures reproducible and consistent results.

Product Description
The OptiQuant BKV Quantification Panel contains human BK virus. Panel members were produced by making quantitative dilutions of BK virus into normal human EDTA plasma. The plasma was tested and found to be non-reactive for HCV RNA, HBV DNA, and HIV-1 RNA, as well as non-reactive for antibodies to HIV-1 and HIV-2, and HBsAg. This product is For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Storage Instructions
The OptiQuant BKV Quantification Panel must be stored at -20°C or below to ensure highest quality. The panel may be refrozen after first use, thawed and used a second time with minimal loss of activity. Discard any unused material after the second use.
