PeliSpy Chagas Positive Control
The PeliSpy Chagas Positive Control is used to compare precision and accuracy of results between laboratories and among lots of commercial assays and for the identification of variability with the diagnostic method. The Pelispy Chagas Positive Control has been carefully formulated to mimic naturally occuring human specimens containing anti-Trypanosoma cruzi. Therefore, the control can be used with any test procedure designed for detecting anti-Trypanosoma cruzi in human serum or plasma.

Product Description
The Pelispy Chagas Positive Control contains pooled anti-Trypanosoma cruzi sera diluted in a normal human serum (NHS) matrix. The diluent matrix is comprised of defibrinated, delipidized normal human plasma with preservatives, tested and found negative for HIV-1 RNA, anti-HIV-1, anti-HIV-2, anti-HTLV I/II, HBV DNA, HBsAg, HCV RNA, anti-HCV, anti-HBs, and anti-T. cruzi.
Expected results utilizing the PeliSpy Chagas Positive Control must be established by the end user for their anti-Trypnosoma cruzi assay.

Storage Instructions
It is recommended that the PeliSpy Chagas Positive Control be stored at 2°C to 8°C to ensure highest quality. The control can be used up to four (4) weeks from date of opening if stored according to instructions.
